Suzanne specialises in employee wellbeing,
ESG and facilitating joined-up thinking to help HR and internal communicators get the CEO and the board behind such efforts.
She has worked in senior communication roles for 20+ years, including in-house at Bupa and Simplyhealth, plus consultancy to Legal & General, Generali Employee Benefits, Willis Towers Watson, Gallagher, Gatehouse and SMEs in the not-for-profit and social care sectors.
She has gained a Masters in Internal Communication Management and has particular interests in Organisational Identification and Psychological Safety.
If she wasn’t in comms, she’d be in behavioural neuroscience.
Suzanne loves…time out with her three children, running with the dog, volunteering, and dreaming of buying a camper van.
