Reshaping IC in a time of change

  • Sutherland Labs 52 Short's Gardens London, England, WC2H 9AN United Kingdom (map)

Effective communication when businesses are going through cultural change, be that a merger or acquisition process or a time of rapid growth, is essential. Not only is it essential that the business can deliver promised benefits as a consequence of the change, but it must also seek to help its people to navigate the emerging world while maintaining ‘business as usual’ operations. The role of Internal Communications is critical throughout the transition.

Join us on the 10th of October from 9am when we’ll be joined by two fantastic speakers - Christopher Taylor, Head of Internal Communication at Eurostar, and Amy Knights-Whittome, Head of Communications at Newton who will be talking about their experiences on the topic of reshaping internal communications in an evolving business.

At this session, they will be sharing practical tips and techniques on how you respond to changing business dynamics be that merging organisational cultures or responding to high growth demands.

This informal session offers ample opportunity for questions, networking, and enjoying breakfast.

Attendees are welcome to arrive from 8:30 am, with the session starting promptly at 9 am. The presentations and Q&A will conclude by 10 am, followed by time for casual networking until 10:30 am.
