This training programme, which includes 360º feedback, will help managers understand what good communication looks like on both a one-to-one and team basis, understand their own communication strengths and weaknesses, and build their communication capability across seven core areas:
What great listening skills look and feel like
How to share and make sense of information by understanding different perspectives and storytelling
How to build understanding through dialogue and discussion
How to give, seek and received honest feedback
Simple steps to coach employees and improve performance
The importance of recognition, and how to recognise employee contributions
Communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders

Greater consistency of quality and approach across line manager communications
Greater understanding of the importance of manager communications on employee engagement and performance
Understanding of what your organisation expects from line managers from a communication perspective – and what employees expect from their manager
